    @TryHardExiled Cool,,, I have no doubt in my mind that you can swing that hard,,, your first statement however is still BS.

    @bumswick haha …
    @bumswick haha 125mph is novice I can do that without even using 85%

  4. bumswick Said,

    @TryHardExiled Well …
    @TryHardExiled Well if you visit your local Golf Town of any major golf store most stiff shafts are labeled for swings of 100+ MPH. It is an overgeneralized means of choosing a shaft. There is no such thing as super stiff, x xx xxx. If a novice swings 125mph,,,, where you come from,,, I want what is in your water.

  5. TryHardExiled Said,

    @bumswick …yea …
    @bumswick …yea yea w/e u say
    if ur swinging like 125mph aka novice u should use a stiff
    most of pros use super stiff

  6. bumswick Said,

    @TryHardExiled That …
    @TryHardExiled That is BS. And any club builder will tell you that that is incomplete information to determine whether or not to hit a stiff. I hit just under a stiff, with my clubhead speed consistently over 115mph and sometimes 125mph. The combo I have just works with my swing. A simple rating on a mass produced shaft is misleading. But the big brand stores want us to believe that choosing a shaft is about how far you hit the ball. Good for the ego. LOL

  7. skyleralan Said,

    God, his swing is …
    God, his swing is ugly, but decent advice for distance and creating lag. You have to be careful, I have gotten in trouble recently by staying behind to ball to much (creating a closed face hook).

    Its called Kinetic linking in terms of physics. Where the power comes from the ground up, into your body then comes out into your arms and into the head of the club, Pros just do it in the correct sequence =D

    @Scudworth08
    Yes …

    @Scudworth08
    Yes it’s looked like that but the thing is
    that is about when you’re stay behind
    the ball it’s just like you make an
    uppercut.
    you’re load all of your power from whole
    body to create a leverage just like you throw your body weight through
    the club and transfer it to the golf ball
    More than only by arms.
    He’s not just leave it stay back for long
    He transfer the weight to the golf ball
    only just before impact see his left leg
    just fire to the golf he transfer his wt.

    long drive is to golf, what nascar is to formula 1. this guy has no clue. learn some control. golf is a game of finesse.

  24. idatomhue Said,

    The weight shift is …
    The weight shift is overrated and not true. Top players have been measured and the weight is around 50 50 on both feet at impact moving into the left side. Because there is weight in the rear leg it can be used for leverage to drive the pivot. If all the weight was on the left side at impact you could not use the right leg for leverage.

  25. Scudworth08 Said,

    How do you hit a long ball with so much weight staying on your back foot?
